ICELAND PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOP
DEPOSIT/PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY INFORMATION
There is a $1,000 deposit required to register for this workshop.
Final payment is due 180 days prior to the first day of the workshop.
Bookings are not confirmed until receipt of payment.
If needing to cancel:
- 365 days out or more from the first date of the workshop will receive a full refund, minus $200.
- Within 365 days and 180 days from the first date of the workshop will receive a full refund on their deposit minus $700.
- Within 180 days and the first date of the workshop will not receive a refund UNLESS I can fill your spot. In that event, you will receive a full refund, minus the $300.
- I will send invoices out for the remaining balance on the due dates.
Trip interruption and cancellation insurance:
We strongly recommend taking out trip interruption and cancellation insurance. There are many companies that provide trip interruption or cancellation insurance . We also recommend medical travel insurance, to ensure you are covered for any health issues that occur abroad. Enlighten Photography LLC cannot be responsible for any medical treatment, or cost associated with returning home.

Because selecting the right insurance for you can be confusing, we recommend speaking with an agent to understand the ins and outs of travel and/or travel medical insurance.
Trip insurance is recommended in the event of an emergency which would cause one to have to cancel their trip.
